I think the question is supposed to be, "Why do TEENAGERS in general act like untamed monkeys in public?"
And the answer is...because they're teenagers, they own the world and mommy and daddy aren't there to smack them upside the head.

hey hun.... i have to say that the last trip i took to walmart i saw 2 WHITE MALES, one running through the store while pushing the other in a buggy that he was way to big for!...while every one else INCLUDING black and white people alike looked at them like they had lost their mind....lets face it with teenagers and hormones....males and females alike regardless of color are gonna act weird...just take more time to notice it...im sure you have done some pretty dumb stuff in your time as we all have....daisy
