Yep. 15" wheels were optional on 4wd '90 models (and the Bronco II's). If you're looking at a set of these, they'll work just fine. Plus you can use 91-94 Explorer wheels- same as Ranger 15" wheels. Even 65-73 Mustang 5 lug wheels if some catch your eye (A pair of spare Explorer wheels are on the fronts of my 67 Mustang project right now.). Stock Explorer wheels are seven inches wide which is about as wide as you will likely want to use in front unless you want to make more modifications. You should be able to slip some eight inch wide ones in the rear if you like. Some people claim to have put eight inch wheels on the fronts with no problems.
Other wheels may bolt up just fine but may not have the correct backspacing and offset and give you problems.

Yes. You can put 15 inch rims on your truck. You can put up to a 235/70/15 tires on the 15 inch rims and still have clearance for your turning radius. This is assuming your 15 inch rims do not have a radical offset.

You can but you need to be carefull of how this effects your speedo. You can usually increase the rim size and decrease the tyre size and end up with roughly the same overall diameter for the entire wheel. This would mean that your speedo would stay rougly accurate.

Sure.. 15 inch rims will fit if they have the same bolt pattern. You are going to have to consult your local tire shop to get a set that is a little lower profile to keep your speedometer correct.

try it out, go ahead and put one on your truck to see if lug pattern matches. if not you might have to but a adapter from J.C. Whitney or other supplier.
