Aspirin has the same substance as white willow bark which has a hormone in it that stimulates rooting.
You can use aspirin instead of a rooting hormone to make plant starts.
I feed my garden watered down milk. You should see how green they are!!

I've heard of that before, but have no firsthand knowledge that it's a fact. If you want nice plants that can withstand extreme conditions, try using an organic fertilizer such as fish emulsion, diluted as per the directions. There are also pelleted time release type of organic fertilizers-I make a blend of three different types to obtain all the necessary nutrients. Most people aren't aware that synthetic fertilizers make the plant dependent on them-just like a junkie they'll have to have that fix or they will die. As you can probably surmise, I'm an organic gardener and don't use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and no herbicides either. I always have a nice garden without all the aforementioned items-the bad bugs are controlled by the good bugs, and I'm not leery of eating anything straight from the plant.
Also, if you compost and amend your soil with properly finished off compost, there is rarely a need for fertilizer. Happy gardening!

No plants will not grow faster, however fresh cut plants and flowers will take in more water and have a longer life. It actually dilates the vessels responsible for carrying water throughout the plant. The dilation allows for more water uptake and a fresher looking, longer lasting cutting. As mentioned above, miracle grow and other "plant foods" as they are called will assist in faster growing plants. Good luck!

I don't think so. The aspirin/water mixture is used to extend the life of fresh cut flowers if one does not have access to flower food packet. To make your plant grow faster, use miracle grow, or some type of fertilizer, like osmocote.
