I have been asking this same question for months.
Beware you are about to be bashed as I was.
If Bush has the power people thinks he has, he would be God.
Seems he is to blame of every problem in the world.
Hey! why not go for the universe.
It gets very old.
Hold on you Bush bashers, he will be out of office soon and you can start on someone new.

No I completely disagree that the same things would have happened with Gore or Kerry.
Bush is a warmongering corrupt leader who never should have gotten into power, but even elections can be bought... The state of the world can not be blamed on him but he certainly had a hand in it.
He need to stop putting his dirty fingers in everybody elses business and start sorting out the problems at home.

I didnt know that Al Gore and John Kerry were also best buds with Cheney.....
Before even the first week of the war was over, Vice President Dick Cheney's old company, Haliburton, was given a $400+ million dollar contract - they said it was for putting out the 7 oil fires that were burning.

Because they dont realize that correlations do not always mean causation. They think that everything that happens in their daily lives, negatively, is due to our president when in fact they have many complex underlying causes. People blame high gas prices on Bush, taxes on Bush, education on Bush. Pretty soon people will be asking Bush when to brush their teeth.
Liberals are all about finding scapegoats and blaming those scapegoats in order to feel content in why the world is the way it is.

Because he IS the president and it is convenient to blame all the problems on him even though the real problems involve ALL politicians that are sitting on their hands doing nothing while the rest of the world mocks our leadership and us for voting them in.

People should blame everything on Bush. He is our President and if he can't lead us the way we want, we should be able to say what we want. And then if he is an idiot, then we have more reasons to blame here. People blame everything on idiots. What a match that makes, our not so cool president and an idiot.

They are generally uneducated and weak-minded. They think that they can help everyone in the world and there is no right and wrong or black and white....just wide areas of gray.
Except when it comes to the President, at which time they call him names and make fun of him. as though they were the ones who thought of it first.
It would be laughable if it weren't so sad. They have most of the rest of their lives to feel that way.
That is, until they get a job and start to pay taxes. Then suddenly and surprisingly, they change their minds...

no one else would have used WMDs as a purpose to invade a country nor would they have used all the influence to benefit the 1 % of Americans and lie far worse than Clinton but because of blinders the religious right can not see that so yes as one president said " the buck stops here."

You say that "it would be the same things going on in this world" if someone else had been elected. Probably true. However, it's not what's going on that's the problem. It's how poorly and incompetently Bush handles what's going on that's the problem! Lies, ineptitude, corruption, fear-mongering, pointless war, greed, etc...
