cuz if they put it in the trash, then it would fill up sooner and they'd have to take it out.

It's not just men! I have three women, two girls and an adult in my house. They will take the last can from the box and leave it. I find many soft drink cans nearly empty sitting on the shelf. Same for milk and juice containers! I find plates of half eaten sandwiches there uncovered. I think it's more of a question of laziness, not gender!

I was raised in a house in which the milk fairy magically replaces old milk cartons with new ones. I love that milk fairy. I sure hope she recycles!
Because women allow them to. Next time he does it... just tell your man that you wont pick it up from the store next time.
Also...I've had a girlfriend that considered the thing empty if it still had some in the bottom. I didn't consider it empty...it was clearly about a half a cup left... and for those of us that cook.... we know a half a cup of milk can be used! So we argued. Just keep that in mind.

For the same reason they will leave one icecube in a tray and put it back in the freezer just so they dont have to refill it and leave 2 sheets on the toilet paper roll just so they don't have to replace it haha, oh by the way, kids do that too..

I don't know. Why can't my wife ever put a cover over leftovers when she puts them in the fridge? I mean, that caserole dish actually does have a cover, yanno...

My husband and kids do it. They are in daaaa mode and put it away empty. It could be worse. He could leave it out for you to throw it away.

i hate it whilst that happens, whilst it does take place i flail my palms around and run in all places telling each and each individual to make optimistic you throw it away whilst there is not greater, and it doesnt take place anymore =D lol i assume appearing like a psycho scared the youngsters >.>;
