She said that she has wound up killing two people so far and they were main characters or well-known characters. There were some interviews on Yahoo!.
Personally, I think Harry is a Horcrux because Voldemort put a little of himself into Harry and now he has to die so Voldemort will die.

Snape will die saving Harry. It's kind of obvious, isnt it?
There are rumours that Harry'll die.. I'll have to say, sara f 9 gives the best explanation for this.
