The coolest place I've been was Lucea, because I experience Jamaica not the tourist areas.

By far the best area is around Negril on the west side. If you get a chance, head a little ways to south and you find Little Bay, the late Bob Marley's Weekend retreat. Bad roads, but worth the trip.

Montego Bay......more info. on Jamaica on the page below. A lot of people stay in the resorts

Just got back from Montego Bay and really enjoyed myself there. Jamaica is a fasinating place to visit but have no desire to live there.

Manchester. The climate is great. Lots of fruit trees. Nice lay back country setting.

Negril at Couples Negril. the weather is the best there.
