Actually cover-up will only make your pimples worse (It doesn't matter what ads say - all of my friends who've had pimples and tried any brand, they always get worse). For acne in my experience (which I tried everything under the sun, believe me) There are two very important things I do everyday. 1st, I was my face with - Apricot Scrub by St. Ives (they have a medicated kind), because it has no chemicals or anything harsh that a could harm me. It's all natural (it's also cheap about $3.00 and you can find it at any walmart or target) 2nd (I discovered this when I joined track), is exercise. Dedicate a minimum of 10-12 minutes go for a slow jog or something simple like that...not only will you feel better but your acne will really start to go away, because when you sweat a great deal like you do from jogging or running, you sweat out all that dirt and nasty stuff that causes zits in the first place...just make sure to rinse your face of afterwards (just plain water first with warm then with cool). Plus, exercising not only helps with that, but it makes you feel good because it releases endorphins in your brain AKA natural body produced chemical that makes you feel happy and wonderful. That simple. However as far as fading acne scars and normal scars and stuff - I use face mosturizers that are loaded with Vitamin E, because Vitamin E is essentially a skin healer. (I recommend anything by Olay also can be found at Walmart or Target - this is also affordable and each bottle goes a long way) So seriously, getting a good complexion isn't all the drama Media and beauty companies make it seem (they just make it seem that way - because *gasp* they want you to buy their products). So don't waste your time with cover-ups and make-up, just get straight to the problem...natural beauty is so much more wonderful than make-up beauty, don't you think? So don't cover yourself up with that! take care!

Apply foundation, let dry and then add another layer of foundation until your complexion is to your liking. Blend when applying foundation, so that you don't get that caked look.
There is a new product on the market called Even Complexion Essence by Mary Kay that helps even out your skin tone due to scaring and blemishes. They also have a medium coverage foundation that works great.

the pure make up made with water INSTEAD of oils that will only further clog your pores. since it is thinner because of the water it spreads easier to get full coverage.this next part is a little pricy. get bare essentials. it is made with all minerals. it PERFECTLY covers everything, freckles, scars, belmishes...anything. it actually good for your skin too! my friend has it and i am constantly stealing it! i have the pure make up and i have never been happier with a cover-up. it is gentle enough to use as an under-eye-conceler as well.

Try a tinted mosturizer, like aveda's foundation-it's really light feeling and won't make your acne stand out like powder will. also Benefit's foundation has the same qualities($30)

Sheer conceal mineral beginning or Neutrogena mineral beginning. those provide large insurance, yet they're really undemanding and under no circumstances oily. Love them!! I do ought to trust caribbeanbabe that Guerlain is stunning. i do not unavoidably love their beginning, yet their mascara, eye shadow, blush, highlighting powder, etc., is outstanding!
