I'm doing an online Master's at a highly ranked uni and it's very intensive, challenging and relevant (not in that subject though). I needed to sit the GRE and write essays about why I wanted to take the program and also why I thought I could cope with distance learning, so it was quite competitive. However, I know that my degree will be widely recognized and it has reciprocation with professional bodies in the UK, USA, Australia and NZ, so it's great for international purposes.
The first thing to consider is the University's accreditation, and their ranking in terms of graduate employment. In terms of fitting around your schedule, I have 7 years to complete, so I can go all out and get it done or I can take my time, or somewhere in between, depending on my work and family commitments. I travel quite a bit, so it's a wonderful opportunity to study when I could never be on campus. Some sites which you might want to check out:

And good luck! It's certainly an adventure!
In regard to Uni of Phoenix plug below:
Also consider if a university is non-profit or profit making (U of Phoenix sells courses to make profits, not to reinvest in services or research). This makes a difference to the quality of ONLINE classes, mainly because the TEACH Act doesn't allow for-profit schools to digitize print resources for teaching purposes. Only non-profit schools can do that. If you are doing distance learning, you will want your professors to provide you with current material besides your textbooks. For profit unis can't do this.

The most important part to remember about attending an Online University is that it is very time consuming and depending on your learning style can be very difficult to master. I work for the University of Phoenix, America's largest private university with over 318,000 students, we have full regional accreditation through the North Central Association, same as Notre Dame, Harvard, etc... and tuition is reasonable for a private school. You are able to take classes 100% online or on a campus near you. There is a degree offered in Masters of Business Administration Global Management.

I really don't trust these online universities, but it'll be better for you to contact a school and see if they have online classes you could register for
