Ok i think this song is like the old classic Blues where the girl's singing at a jazz club or something.

Pretty much anything by Julie London would fit this bill - she released a lot of albums, so she has a lot of songs. Cry Me a River is her most famous, but she covered/sang SO many jazz songs - just look her up on iTunes or whatever!
You might want to try her song 'What'll I Do' first, it really fits what you're looking for.

I cannot tell much about such kind of genre.But I think Always by Bon Jovi is a good classic love tragedy song I suggest you to listen it if you havent .
