Can having problems with the ovaries such as ovarian cysts or other problems mimic the symptoms of pregnancy? Wierd question, but just curious.

Yes, many women who have ovarian symptoms experience "pregnancy-like symptoms" such as fullness or pain in the abdomen, backache, passing small amounts of urine, uncomfortable intercourse, weight gain, abnormal bleeding, nausea or vomiting and breast tenderness.

A lot of times they don't cause symptoms, though, and found when you have a routine pelvic exam.

I had problems with my ovaries cycsts and all enevn had one removed they just made my periods hurt a whole lot more and was very irregular and I am now pregnant and there are no simularities yet im me if you have any questions

Yes they can. But see a doctor because if you are sexually active you may be pregnant.
