In some ways, you ARE responsible for your own actions. However, the 'victims' do tend to take responsibility for their own actions as well, yet it's not like they wake up and decide to commit that action. There are underlying reasons for it. If you ask me, this question while it's a good one, has more gray areas. There's no right or wrong answer here nor is it all in black or white. We have to realize that those who commit some actions while responsible for what they did, there are underlying causes that lead them to do it, many of them are psychological in nature.

To a certain degree. In some cases a victim may have been forced. Rape, abuse, murder, robbery etc chances are these victims had no choice. However, a person who make their bed are not a victim. Their people who made or make bad choices.

It truly depends on the person and on the situation. You cant just generalise and say 'vitcims', 'responsability' etc.
