Where can I get a good emulator for free?

I will be going on a cross-country roadtrip and would like either a free NES, SNES, or PS1 emulator with a large selection of free games.

Where can I get one?

Almost all emulators are free, except a few such as magic-engine.

Also, a good idea would be to get raptor which combines most of the well known emulators into a easy front-end system
