someone has been messing with the buttons on the monitor dont try to fix it your self if you dont know what your doing coz your be back here asking help i can just about see whats going on the monitor has gone mad

You need to find the button on your monitor that will stretch everything to the sides.

either your video card is going bad or your monitor is going bad

YOUR MONITOR IS ABOUT TO WEAR OUT.
YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED OR REPLACE IT.
