shampoo u r using, touching ur face, using anew product, sometimes people say certain foods like dairy could do it. heat. I would suggest: rubbing ur hands on bar soap, rinsing them with water so theres just a TINY bit of soap on ur hands- and splashing ur face with that and warm water- dont 4get to wash ur handsb4 touching ur face and use soap that is fragrance free or for sensitive skin if you can. then wash your hands eachtime after you go to the bathroom and just splash ur face w warm water and pat dry w a clean towel- just water dont over soap ur face. keep doin that- its worth a try cuz using new strong products may make it worse. mite take a week or two but its ur face- its worh it!! Good luck- if u try that and it doesnt work, keep asking. ull find something that works

When pimples show up on your forehead it is usually called by the oils in your hair, people with bangs tend to have more problems than those without. Try to keep your hair away from your forehead and of course keep your hands off your face.

to be honest the cause of a piple is a clogged pore, you can treat it with OTC medications like Oxy Pads or Clearsil, also the Proactive System marketed on Infomercials is good for the treatment of acne, i suffer with this too. Anything with Benzoyl Peroxide, or Salacylic Acid will help, although the latter may cause irriation in people with sensitiive skin.

Make sure that your hair is really clean. If your hair is oily and your hair hangs down on your forehead, it will cause pimples.

This time of year, probably a combination of heat & sweat. If you use hairspray, that can sweat down onto your skin and irritate it as well.
