Letterman by far is way funnier & more entertaining than Jay especially Top 10 & "Will IT FLOAT"? He also has a great Canadian Music Man>>Paul Shaffer.
Who dosn't like his mon's appearences, as they are great.
His guests actually get to talk which is more than Leno's can do most of the time, as he goes on & on + he's not as good in his monolouge as D.L. is.
Dave's Biff is a fun guy too.

David Letterman. Jay Leno seems to often aim for lowest common denominator type humor. David Letterman is unique, has his own clever type of humor, and generally goes for what is so absurd he's very original.

leno is hilarious. Letterman can be funny. I give it consistently to Jay.

Jay has funnier stuff, but he also is more rude. I think David seems depressed, years ago Letterman was the funniest... but he almost seems like he is bored with his job.
