Any choice of materialism shows a side of our personalities. If you see someone wear worn out $20 sneakers from payless, you either think they're poor, have no taste, don't shop for themself, or simply don't care. There could be more reasons too actually. But the main problem is the majority of people are ignorant enough to make assumptions instead of finding out the truth. Most people would believe in the scenario above, that the person is poor. Hell, maybe they were just work shoes while he digs graves. Get my point? Shoes, as well as clothes, choice of make-up, hair styling, accessories, whatever, show the personality and form of lifestyle to some extent.

It is just another clue about the person. Workboots sends a different message than sandles. If the footwear matches the rest of the clothing then it gets easier reading the person but if, for example, the person is wearing an evening gown and combat boots you might be a little confused.

It is said that you can tell how men care about their appearance by looking at their shoes. Also, some people say you can tell men's status by looking at their shoes.
But think about this.... and how odd this statement is.
I have a pair of black dress shoes that cost 350 dollars. I also have a pair of sandals I paid 135 dollars. I also have few others that cost at least 150 dollars.
I also have.... sneakers, casual shoes, etc, that I bought at discount stores for around 20 dollars.
I wear all of them from time to time. (a pair at a time, of course)
So... what can you tell about me?
If you follow this line of logic, I am two people. No, I am one person, and I am exactly the same person regardless of my shoes.
There are a lot of stories about how you can tell how people are by looking at an item of their clothing, or part of their body.
We are not that simple folks...!

You can tell if they are willing to endure pain for the sake of style! I am not and so I wear good running shoes about 95% of the time.
Of course, if you are Sherlock Holmes you can tell where a person lives, what he ate for breakfast, which leg is slightly shorter than the other, what type of work he does, whether he is right or left-handed, and whether or not the butler did it!

The shoes shows the subconcious, why...because is the last thing you put on. There is a book that explains the psicology thru the choice of shoes.Sounds funny but is real, in the main fashion schools, when you study fashion psicology is a lecture that you can miss.
That's all i remember.

Not true.
Sometimes, I wear Converse All-Stars, but I'm not a "punk" or a skater. Sometimes, I wear flats. But I'm not a fashionista. Sometimes, I wear flip flops. But I'm not a surfer or a prep.
You shouldn't be judging someone just by what shoes they wear.

Hmmm Im not quite sure, I ♥ high heels and wear them all the time. Always, no matter what. So what can that say about me? Maybe classy, elegant, feminite, bitchy, dressy, flirty, promiscous, all kinds of things. But for males, I think it mainly tells their thing size lol
