why is my internet explorer window opening up in a small size.?

What did I change?

Right click on the Inernet Explorer Icon on your desktop. This should bring up a a choice for "Properties". Click on that and change the setting under the "Run" line to "Maximized".

Switch to Firefox, ditch IE.
