You should be asking that of the courts, not Bush. When did he make a judicial ruling that banned prayer in schools, or the ten commandments from being displayed, etc.

By wiretapping American citizens with out a court ordered warrant, he is violating the Fourth Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. He is also breaking the FISA law that says he has to get a warrant to wiretap Americans. Then there are his signing statements. The Constitution states the Congress shall write the laws and the President shall sign it into law or veto it. With his signing statements he is saying he doesn't have to abide to the law he just signed.

Illegal wire taps, holding civilians prisoner without ever charging them, illegaly diverting funds...

"The Bush administration may have broken over two dozen federal laws and regulations -- some of them multiple times -- according to an unreleased report from the House Judiciary Committee Democrats.

"The misconduct I have found is not only serious, but widespread," reads a draft summary of the report by Ranking Member John Conyers (D-MI):

The laws implicated by the Administration’s actions include federal laws against making false statements to congress [sic]; federal laws and international treaties prohibiting torture and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment; federal laws concerning retaliating against witnesses and other government employees; Executive Orders concerning leaking and other misuse of intelligence; federal regulations and ethical requirements governing conflicts of interest; the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act; communications privacy laws; the National Security Act; and the Fourth Amendment"

Everytime a bill comes his way he signs a certificate exempting himself from the law (look it up)... and no conservative seems to mind that he is putting himself above the law.

What a JOKE

There are several, but they're pretty obscure - not the well known Amendments that people study in school.
