Keep playing man... don't stop. If you keep playing you'll get bigger and stronger over the years. I you love to play, do what makes you happy. Don't worry about your size and speed right now, you can play JV. There's always a place to put somebody with your type of build.

You really need to gain weight to be a football player. 5'11" and 128 pounds sounds really underweight. So in the offseason, and during the season, you should lift weights and get on an eating program to gain weight. The only real option left for football is if you were a quarterback, because you pretty much tell me you can't play anywhere else. It sounds more of like a freshman football player rather than a JV, but that would depend on the level of talent, and the size of your school.

You Need to try and find Different sport to try and play if your that bad at doing anything in Football and your that small and it seems like that your Not that talented at all at doing anything in Football you need to find a sport that you actually have some talent in and you think that you can actually succeed in Buddy.Cuz you got the height to play JV Ball but really though come on man I think you would Really need to hit the weights and Get some talent for some certain position.

Dude ur 5'11 128??thats really lanky no offense but that is. Im 14 5'10 ,142 and anything but fat. You should either switch to cross country or soccer well actaully no since ur slow i'd skip those too. but if u really like football start eating calorie bars and take advantage of thanks giving. Also start lifting weights. Ive been lifting every other day this summer and its really payed off. Free weights are the best way to got but some machines are good too.If i were you i wouldnt give up keep with it and put on some weight but try to stay mostly muscle. Also to take someone down u got to trip them up at the lower end of the body weather that be the waist, legs or ankles,

Just stick with it. There are plenty of players on our JV team that are smaller than you. I would just suggest eating some high-protein and high-carb foods and hitting the weights.

For the positions you play just fine. Although a little short for a tight end.
