When my life feels like it is spiraling downward, the type of music I listen to really depends on why I'm feeling depressed.
Usually some good starts are maybe UnderOath or Greeley Estates for rough (wanting to scream) times.
If I'm not just feeling good The Academy Is does me well, and sometimes where I just feel like dancing--Panic! At The Disco gives me great dork-filled ideas.
So you see? All depends on how bad I feel.

I like Avril's old songs and taking back sunday. Also Switchfoot and the killers. Then you should dance like a fool and have fun and see better days. I promise you if you do it right you'll just wanna lay on the ground and laugh at yourself. 8 )
