I would like to say thank you to a male coworker who has been especially helpful and very patient with a project we are working on together. He is in his late 40's, orginally from Candian, a former social worker, married father with teenage sons. I don't know much more about him. I would like to spend around $30 or so. Any ideas?

You can either get him a $30.00 gift certificate to a sports store or other store, depending upon his tastes. Or you can bake his favorite dessert and make enough so he can share it with his family.
