hi all...cld anyone pls tell me (based on personal experience - not what various sites tell) how it looked like when u experienced it, how long, and did you have any cramping with it?

i havent got my period like i was supposed to on the 4th. but on the 8th, i started getting scarce, brown stringy discharge that lasted 2 days accompanied by a little over mild cramps. tested at home for preg and it was - twice. today, no more brown discharge but cramps and nausea (like heartburn and gas/bloating) present.
am worried about whats going on...thank you all for your time and for sharing.

sounds to me like your pregnant. be careful of to much cramping its not normal but mild is OK. kind of like you feel like your gong to start but don't. I just had a miscarriage and the cramping was pretty intense. had heartburn and felt bloated so I would call the ob and make an apt sounds to me like your gonna have a baby! good luck

This is my third pregnancy now and at implantation I always experience a few days of cramps (some fairly painful), and the nausea of pregnancy has already set in.

I didn't have the spotting or discharge every time, though, but when I did it was pretty light and only for a day or two.

My tummy troubles always start early on, as soon as 2 to 3 weeks after conception.

Vaginal bleeding isn't consistently a era (menses). A menstrual cycle (or era) is the technique of laying off the liner of the uterus (endometrium). This technique happens approximately each and every 28 days. it ought to final 2 to 7 days and shows that being pregnant has no longer befell. Bleeding for the time of early being pregnant would characterize the embryo has implanted, a tubal being pregnant, a threatened or neglected abortion, or bleeding from the placenta. Bleeding that recurs for the time of being pregnant must be the outcomes of an abnormally implanted placenta (previa) or partial separation of the placenta.

I had implantation bleeding with one of my kids and it was just a scarce few bits of blood lasting a few hours. You should not have implantation bleeding for 2 days. I would definitely see a doctor because an ectopic pregnancy can cause brown discharge and trouble with getting a positive test because the HCG does not rise normally. Good luck!

Bleeding for 2 days + cramping is not a good sign. You should go get an ultrasound soon to make sure it is not an etiopic pregnancy. I used to have light spotting once a week for 2 months. When I get an ultrasound, my doctor says my baby's heartbeat is okay. I still worry but I am so relieved to get some answers.

This is not a good answer but -- based on personal experience -- you are going to worry about this until you see a doctor so just go ahead and go. The peace of mind will be worth it and nobody can really know what's going on with you over a computer!

sounds like implantation bleeding to me. Did you say you had two positive pregnancy tests?
If so I would take it easy until Monday - try to rest, keep your legs up and call ob/gyn Monday morning.
Good luck hon :-)
