Yes, definitely. I just bought 10 TDK SA-90 sealed cassette tapes on ebay (This particular TDK product has proven to hold up better than just about any other brand over DECADES). I have a 2003 Elantra. It came with a tape deck (can you believe that!). Now I know that it's no secret that tapes are a horrible format because you're forced to listen to everything in sequence whether or not you want to. Consequently I only buy albums on CD. However on long trips I like to hear my music and I can't in my car without adding the encumberance of a portable CD player with a cassette adapter. So I go through my CD's and cherry pick my top faves from the 101,000 + songs in my CD collection and put them on tape (No radio station has the depth of catalog to do what I can do). I have made stacks of tapes this way and listening to my tapes on trips are an absolute joy. It's terrific when a radio station has a 3 or 4 song hot streak of unbelievable songs. It's even better when that hot streak lasts all day on a 15-hour trip with no song repeat! Let me say this; a 15-hour trip doesn't seem very long when the music is absolutely great. Enter the cassette!

I still listen to mine at work and I thoroughly enjoy them. Is there a demand for them? Doubtful. I get most of mine from Salvation Army for 59 cents.

I don't think so.
Its so outdated; that the only reason to keep them would be for memories;;;;but try to recycle them.
