Your local courthouse has records that go back years and you may even have to give them the year, couple's names and date of marriage if you know it so that they can research it for you.

Your license will be on file in Philadelphia county court house. You can write, pay a fee, and get a copy mailed to you. IT will be certified as legal when you get it. Good luck
