Can a Juncus Spirales be grown as a houseplant? If so what is the general care for it?

Yes. Likes boggy areas so don't let it dry out. I looked it up and the instructions said bright light. Maybe bright diffused light would be better for it. Michelle

Yes, but just make sure it has lots of water. I usually see this plant in water gardens or semi-submersed in a water feature.
