That is what you call "pre-marital sex", where Asians cannot accept this sort of behaviour. Nowadays is common because the "Western" culture have spread to the Asians countries where it is a problem. "Pre marital sex" is something like no respect for each other, just do it and settle latter. For women, it is always the "lose.lose. situation", where men is always the "win,win,situation". Thus, see whether which sex you belong to and do it at your advantage.

I do not think waiting until you get married to have sex is old fashioned at all. It is the safest way to go. Yes people still do that. And if a guy really loves you, and wants you for his wife, he will indeed wait. I do not advise a long engagement though, once you have made the commitment to marriage, go ahead and get married. Why the wait? If you truly love each other, I think especially if you have been dating for a while, that an egagement of three months is long enough. I was married for twenty years, and didn't have sex until my wedding night. I never regretted it, and was actually kind of proud of the fact. You may regret having sex too early, but you will never ever regret waiting. It is the right thing to do.

There are two schools of thought on that.
I've heard that you should sleep together to ensure physical compatability.
And, I've heard it's best not to sleep with anyone at all before marriage in order to avoid drawing comparisons between different lovers.
Now, it really boils down to what you are your partner are most comfortable with. Either way, you should be okay since a successful relationship is much more than just the sex.

Well back in the day, it was taboo to have sex before marriage, but today it is basically your preference. We live in a time where women can support themselves, etc., so therefore it is totally OK for a woman to "test drive before buying". If you are protecting yourself, while having respect for yourself, it should be your discretion. Some make think it is a sin to "do it" before marriage, but I can just about bet my paycheck that if we were at the Pearly Gates, God would let me in for "sex before marriage" compared to the guy next to me who may have killed someone and ruined the family members of the victims lives.

but if you 2 are ready its not an old fashioned thing to go for it. most importantly is to do it whole heartedly and not just for some fun and urge?
its a new world and society, its all depends and no its not an old fashioned thing. but once tasted, would defintely want more?

yes, people still do it. I think it would be great if it worked, but sex is just too complicated. I think every couple should experience sex before marriage. You never know what you might find.

I would wait for sex after marriage. But if I can't control and have it with her, I would have doubts about her character already. And I would asked myself, how many times she have done it with other people..

The more I respected myself the more I decided I wanted to be marry to experience the fullest of sex; my first realationship; after three year monogamously SEX and it became the focus.....I realized sex and boyfriend don't mix with what I was having therefore I discipline myself NO MORE BOYFRIEND, I flying MARRIAGE, after a few I met a guy who valued me and appreciated my woman's worth and asked to marry me we married and he received my wealth.....TMI: our sex life is great we have to work on the marriage...lol
