Vice President Cheney was a very successful executive in a large corporation in America before he accepted his calling to serve his country. As a result, he is in an income stream most of us will never realize.
Before you continue on your tirade against Vice President Cheney, you ought to consider what he gave up to serve his country vs. what you have done. If you are honest about it, and think analytically about it, without prejudice, I am certain you will be thanking him for being a loyal American rather than the enemy.

People don't go into politics for the salary. They go into it for power which leads to GIANT kick-backs, pay-offs, insider trading information, etc.
We have the most corrupt government on the planet. That's why a guy becomes President for $250K/year salary and leaves a multi-multi-millionaire. Very corrupt and we keep voting the thieving scumbags into office and not holding them accountable.
