I am interested to find out which herbs inhibit androgen/testasterone production in women.

There are no know herbs that have been approved to reduce androgen and testoterone in women.
I too was researching information reguarding this and found the following link to be helpful.

none of them. only electrolysis several times will get rid of the facial hair. Sorry

Laser hair removal is your best route. Messing with your hormones can cause problems such as ovarian cancer, etc.
