As a taxpayer for over 40 years, I want a federal and state tax return form that is written on a reading level of a first grader.
I have a Master's Degree in Business Education from an accredited state university, and taught basic Accounting and Income Tax Accounting for over 20 years. I still have difficulty interpreting the Federal Tax Return. Then, you have 50 different State Tax Return forms! And if you have lived/worked in more than one state, only the angels can help you!
