There is to much oil or the wrong type of oil in the gas. A 2-cycle eng. dose not have oil in the crankcase, the fuel is drawn threw the carb and into the crankcase, oil is added to the gas so that it can lube the crank and connecting rod as it passes threw the crankcase. Most new 2-cycle eng. use a 40-1 mix which is 1 quart of oil to 10 gal. of gas. How much oil are you dumping into your gas?? Most motorcycle shops also sell smoke-less oil which wil also take care of your problem.

If the auto-injector is messed up just mix the oil with the gas befor you put it in tank and disconnect the oil injection system, it will not be the first time this has been done.

muffler nothing to do with smoke if you mix the oil in gas might be too much oil sounds like motor need rings or rebuild. Try a compression check on the cylinders to see what shape they in. If smoke is black need carburator work
I would keep driving till it gets REAL bad then rebuild engine.
