A messy question -- and it will fill more space than a simple page. (Try a book or two.) Let's see what I can do...
Unlike the perspective you see on US TV, the Middle East really is a checkerboard in terms of support. It depends on which Western countries you are referring to -- and whether you are referring to political or economic allies for each of the respective countries.
The United States in the past had decent relations with Egypt, Israel and a host of others. Currently, however, you would have to stretch far to find anything other than Israel (maybe, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait). But then you have to ask whether this is political or economic. (For example, the alliance with Qatar and Oman is largely built on economic relations.)
And, you also have to look at whether this support is fractured or split. For example, the Saudi government regularly tries to avoid upsetting the Bush government but we know (from 9-11 documents) that there are undercurrents present in the country which run against the U.S. Yemen is another country which has an obvious for/against split. And, let's not forget the positive notes coming from Libya of late -- not to mention the "transitional" government in Iraq.
All of this could change overnight however given the weak diplomacy shown by the U.S. government in the past 8-9 years.
The other nations are easier:
France has good relations with a number of the Middle-Eastern states -- Morocco, Algeria, Iran, Syria and Lebanon, for example. And, it is a key player in the brokering of any peace deal in the current conflict because it has always tried to cast itself as the friend of the Middle Eastern states.
England has had decent relations with Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iran and the UAE. But because it has tied itself so heavily in with US foreign policy it could very quickly find itself running into trouble with its traditional friends. I suspect that the relations with Jordan and Egypt might be the strongest in the current circumstances...
Canada, as a neutral party and regular participant in UN peacekeeping, has good relations with most of the ME countries -- but its involvement, along with Germany, Australia and NZ, in Afghanistan is starting to cause some wear with many of their developed friendly parties.
And how can we forget the paradoxical Turkey -- the only nation which is both a Westerm and Middle Eastern nation. It is a nation which is pro-West and has been in the past, pro-Israel. But even it has been facing a great deal of pressure of late to reconsider some of its prior foreign policies...note the recent actions taken by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his condemnation of Israel's actions. (And, in the past, Turkey has been supportive of Israel.) And this coming from a NATO member...
I hope that covers everything.

Israel is not an ally but a master of Western Countries. Bush and Blair are the most obedient servant and so is UN. Israel has killed 4 UNO officers deliberatly and it has dleiberately attacked USS Liberty and killed 34 USA naval officers and wounded 200. Presdient Johnson and Secretary McNamara did not even save USA marines. All other countries in Middle East are good friend and allies of the West. If West does not sponsor and support the grave terrorism of Israel then these will be even stronger allies. We should look into ourselves rather blaming others. Israel always carry out terrroism using its agents like Yaser Arafat and Hezbollah. They are told to carry out a minor terrorism and then Israel carries out its preplanned massvie Terrorism like right now in Lebanon where it killed over 1000 civilains both Muslims and Christians. and want to annex Lebanon through so called International Forces. Again slaves USA, UK will receive bullets e.g. In Iraq and Afghansitan and Israel will reap the fruits.
