how 'bout hognose snakes? i hear if it's not native to california specifically then it's illegal.

Yep yep yep! I have a beautiful bubblegum snow corn named Rose. You can find cornsnakes in almost all petstores. If they petstores sell reptiles at all, the corn snake is usually included. It makes a great pet. Just make sure to do your homework before getting one.

yes they are... I own one and I live in California. Keep in mind pet stores wouldnt sell them if they were illegal. So whatever you see at a petstore is legal

yes they are legal and unlike what the girl in the first post said kings are legal as well you just cannot sell wild caught kings.. you have to get captive bred ones produced by a registered breeder..
