I have streaked both with and without shoes. The time that I was chased barefoot across a gravel parking lot convinced me that shoes are a positive addition to nakedness. The very last time that I streaked, I was wearing water skis and a smile.

Yes I have straight thru Burger King when it was full of people. And yes I wore my shoes. But when your a teenager who wouldn't for $5. And on top of that someone dared me, and I never back down on a dare.

yes, if you streak you need to be able to outrun the authorities as well as the amorous people on the street and it's a lot harder to run fast and hard in bare feet
