Body Mass Index (BMI) for women & men

Healthy weight for 69" tall is BMI between 19 and 25

19 = 128
20 = 135
21 = 142
22 = 149
23 = 155
24 = 162
25 = 169

The median is 149 lbs.

Additionally:
Waist to hip ratio for women should not exceed .8 even if you are within that BMI range for good health.
(Waist size/Hip size = <.8)

Well it somewhat depends on your bone structure and your age, but for a small framed body 129-142 is ideal.... for a medium frame 139-153 is ideal and for a large frame 146-167 is ideal for a 5' 9'' woman somewhere between 25 and 50 years old
