In 1986, Garrett told a joke the talent booker warned him against and he hasn't been on the show since. There was even a grudge there. Any info?

I didn't know Brad had a ban... I don't watch the Tonight Show regularly.. but I know when Jay had the gag order Brad came on and said Jay's Micheal Jackson jokes. So the ban might be over.
