Our nephew passed away last week, he made a single, how could i get it plugged and raise money for charity, to donate funds to the school he attended, which was for disabled children. Many thanks in advance!

start local so newspapers and radio.
then try national newspapers and radio stations.

You could set up an online blog, letting readers know what you are doing and why. giving them a sneak peak of the single and an option to purchase it from you. You can advertised your blog on every email you send, let charities and paper's know about it etc etc

Also, contact the school that you are raising money for. They could give details about the single and how to buy it in a newsletter for all the parents. Contact charities that help disabled people and get them in on it, they will have a PR person who could either work with you or guide you in the right direction.

Good luck with it

Make lots of copies and send them to local and national radio...even to Richard and Judy! Ask local shops to stock it (not someone like HMV, I mean something like the local newsagent. Mind you, come to think of it, try HMV too. Also stand in the shopping precinct and sell copies. Even put some on ebay? You will attract enough publicity this way for someone to contact you and help you out. Good luck!
