ye deffintely its still called a hearing and, a intreputreer, will, try ddrag them threw the court process even if they are under a subponeiaa, the same for a blind person if they are called too court lets say they hear a murder going on in another apartment etc sounds etc yelling( they have been used in the past and there was a convictionn,)!! owe yeah they are not immune from a trial or anything etc!!
