Drew Brees. Aaron Brooks is what is considered a stupid QB. He is a walking turnover. Brees can read the field and make the throws. Brooks can run and throw a decent long ball. The biggest factor is Brees is a leader and proven winner, getting better the last few years. Brooks is neither a leader or a winner showing steady progression in the wrong direction.

Brees, he can read, spread the ball around (it's not just LT and Gates) and is mobile when he has to be. AJ Smith is a major *** for getting rid of him (don't say "why did you draft rivers then?" Packers have Aaron Rodgers and Favre is still around). Let's just hope he doens't get rid of Donnie Edwards too.

O plz ppl love to say Brees is da man but let me tell u this. ur comparing sum1 who had Gates(a #1 wr that plays at TE lol) and Tomlinson quite possibly the best back in da league to a guy who lost his running back in the first weeks of the year, had a hurt horn,and who's only real option was Donte Stallwoth. Brees owes Tomlinson and Gates alot,if it wasnt for them I doubt he would have a job right now(Why did they draft Rivers in da first place)
