On behalf of many high school students, i think the biggest decision we have to make is which college to go to. but what college out there, is easy to get into, while ranking highly?

Ohio state is ranked as one of the top national colleges in the country. It also has 50,000 students. Do the math -- it's probably a lot easier to get in there than at Williams College which has about 2000 students.

Usually the high ranking colleges are not easy to get into. They're selective.
But, a good public school is probably your best bet. I think 2 great ones are University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and University of Illinois-Champaign Urbana.
