What could be the problem?

My Aunts computer restarts itself each time it gets to the Windows logo screen, unless I start it in Safe Mode.

try to restore windows in earlier time.
install new fresh windows
search ur computer for viruses use any antivirus many r available for free in internet.
and check hardware that all r plug properly.
