not sure what kind of website you are making...but you might want to go with a template...looks more professional...

with templates ...which most are html... you just download them to your desktop and unzip it and copy the html to your editor. then just add your content.
if you don't have website hosting...http://www.executive-hosting.biz is a great place to use that offers a website builder and has pre-made templates to use and everything else you will need to make it look good including chat, forums and more.

Google WALLPAPER, then click the Images link at the top of the google page. Scroll down until you find the one you want...click on over..
