It does not matter whether it's Israel or an Arab nation propaganda is a tool of our modern era. The Arabs, Americans and everyone else does it, that does not make it right, but unless the American people chose to become informed there is not a lot you can do.

Yes, the Israelis are spreading information for the purpose of promoting a just cause. And yes, people who hate the Israelis are spreading information (out of context) for the purpose of harming them.
Go over there. Look for yourself. Then when you're old enough to understand, come back and comment.
