If you are asking JUST a mini-skirt or JUST cowgirl boots then I would have to go with cowgirl boots every time. I used to live in Texas and I find them very becoming on a woman.

I guess they kind of go together. But to answer the question of which one to wear I would need to know what the occasion was. A mini skirt is good for the mall or club or something. The cowboy boots for um.....horse back riding...but really...stick to the mini skirt.

that would have to be mini skirts. they will give you a free feeling. if you dont feel sexy in a mini then something is very wrong.
