Personally, to have one million bucks available to be robbed is to have 10 million in the bank that isn't. I probably wouldn't do anything at all.

i will search them and ask them to pay me 10 million....if not i will ask the police to force them....and as a reward for the police i pay them 100 thousand.if the robbers still don,t want to pay,i ask the king to throw them out from my country

It would be difficult to have that much in my wallet. Anyone with that much money better have enough sense to have that amount locked away in the bank.
