I can put this simply, if you like cartoony-type games (Like Mario, and Animal Crossing) Get Gamcube.
If you like the idea of the touch screen, wait a while for better games to come out on the DS.
PSP is a no go, there is almost no good games except a couple sports games, and there's plenty of problems with it.
PS2 has a lot of great games and a WIDE selection, You'll have a greater chance of finding more of the hardcore games, but rarely any cartoon-type games.

I have all of the systems but the PSP, so I have experience with all of them, as for the PSP, with all the problems you find with it, I didn't invest my money in it.

Out of all the systems you have just stated the best would be the ps2. They have set the standard for the gaming world, Nintendo used to be the champ, but when the ps2 came out they got swallowed up. But all of these systems are going to be crushed by the new ps3 coming out this November. If you gave me a choice between all of the systems you have up their and the new ps3 i would take the ps3 hands down. But the ps2 is the best one on your list followed by the game cube.

I don't know about the PSP. I don't have 1. But I have every other 1 and so far there great. I just don't reccomend getting any 1 of these things used. My parents bought me a used PS2 for my b-day and it ended up having A LOT wrong with it so we just ended up buying a whole new 1. So DON'T do that.

For my opinion i would think all of em r great mostly the new ones that r going to come out but i would say Sony PS2

DS sucks. Game Cube sucks. PSP is good but get the PS2.
