Get southern on him. 'Well bless your heart.' in the south usually means you've screwed up royally. Or that you are just a total tramp idiot etc.

There is no word you can yell at your boss that means a cuss word in code...and not have your boss "get it." Be professional. Be honest. "I'll agree to disagree at this point." or "I understand your point, but don't be mad at me for not liking it!" Instead of a word...just articulate the honest truth about how you're feeling. Emotions have no place in the workplace (when it comes to business coversations). Therefore, take it out on him in good english! Not trying to sound corny...I'm just an experienced boss.

I will answer by giving you an example of what happened to me. While in the service I had a 2nd Lt. who was hard on everyone and most guys and gals hated him. I decided to take the positive approach and give him the attention and respect that the rank deserved. Believe it or not the tension disappeared and we got along a whole lot better.

I use things like well oshkosh be gosh. Monkey Muffins, Usually it gets a grin and the go on but I voted for the Lt. answer. I a military brat and have to agree. But whatever you do, don't go spastic Nate!

It can be anything. A lot of circles of friends/coworkers have their own code word. Pickles is ours; I got it from a TV show my daughter watches. Just pick one, and let your buddies know. You'll have lots of laughs when the day is over.

If you need to tell your boss he is an a..hole do not tell him directly that he is an a..hole. you need to express it as an opinion or thought such as I think you are an a..hole you cannot be fired for expressing a thought or an opinion
