It really means that it IS you and the person doesn't want to take the responsibility for the break up them selves.

I think that if you are dealing with an honest person and they tell you this, then that is the truth. There are many reasons, like if a person is really not ready to be in the type of relationship that the other wants or that he/she should want to be in, if that makes sense. I have been in a relationship before where I simply found that we wanted different things. In this case, I guess it could have been blamed on both, but really since I had the problem with it, then it was me.

But everyone is different, so I can't speak for everyone, but I think it depends on whoever it is that you are dealing with.

It means just that. It means I cannot believe I was such a major doofus as to think that we might actually hi things off and I took more than two nano seconds to put forth the effort to start liking some sleazebag like you.

Something like that.

It depends on the person and scenario, but usually it's just a cop out way to remain the nice guy while thinking "I really need to get rid of this loser"

I think if there is something, lets say a piercing, you really dont like it, but the other person does...But it is not because it is wrong to like it, its just not your style. Therefore, It's not you, it's me....

its always you, if not `you' don't mean any thing but when its `you' the whole world means a different, a lot better place.
