Mine fell in a pool so I can relate. Take out the battery and sim card if you have one and let everything air out. Even put a fan by it if you want. but DO NOT CHARGE IT, you will fry the insides. By tomorrow morning it might work again its not guaranteed though. GOOD LUCK

If you end up taking the phone back to the store keep in mind that most newer phones have a little sticker inside that changes color when it gets wet.

open it. take out the battery. let it air dry overnight.
look in the compartment where the battery goes.. there should be a white sticker. size of the diameter of a straw. if its pink or blue. your phone has no chance
ive done this SEVERAL times.. the last one was with my razr. it worked fine after i did this.

i have dont that ... well hope u have phone insurance and then besure to take ur sim card sooo u will retain ur numbers ect. the sim card should be unharmed by the water

Once I had to use a hair dryer quick on my key board
try that ok and see if it works

Well, first let it dry completely (this includes the battery) then try to see if it works.
If it doesn't work- get another one.

nextfryday is absolutely right. If in a couple days its not working, then you need to call your phone carrier and tell them, and they will deal with it.
