These things tick me off:
-People running on the side lines to avoid hits
-People jukin and jivin trying to fake where hes goin
-Quarterbacks not running when they dont have and open person and losing like 15 yards.

Delay of game penalties which the Redskins get all the time.
Celebrating when you are losing or after you have sucked the whole game then feel the need to dance about your assist on a tackle on first down.
When there is a replay challenge and the refs obviously still get it wrong even according to the announcers.
I agree about QB's not running.
Anyone who is not a fullback or tight end getting caught from behind.

When a quarterback slides or runs out of bounds to avoid getting hit instead of going for extra yards.

I'm a fan of a scrambling QB, so I would have to say your last one. Now as far as sliding, I have no problem with that. He is pretty improtant guy. If he can prevent his head from being bashed into the ground, that is a good thing.

I hate it when the open guy is sort of running for the ball, the QB fires the ball off to him, and he just jogs along and misses instead of running full force after it.

When coaches whine on camera over percieved bad calls at halftine. Like Holmgren in SB XL.

Celebrations of any kind for anything. They should act like professionals who have done what they've done before instead of acting like they won something on "The Price Is Right."

When my team loses. I've been pissed off a lot lately with the 49ers.
